The road to recovery was a long one but it was finally done for the most part. The doctor who was treating her declared her well enough to return back home to Ponyville and go back to her normal life. But there was a few hiccups such as remembering any off world ponies before her unfortunate accident. But despite her long absence, she had been kept up to date with events and anything of note to her friends. The poor dears had to be worried sick about her! But fret not, Rarity was back and she would prefer it to stay that way.

Perhaps after setting her things back home she could look around and try to talk to somepony she knew. Maybe they could jog her memory back as well!

A small teenage filly was trotting around when she noticed the new arrival, and she waved at her. "Rarity! So glad t'see you again! Y'all back together now?"

Oh, she knew the little sister of one of her good friends! That was something at least and Rarity smiled at the Cutie Mark Crusader.

"It's so good to see you again Apple Bloom! Being stuck in that stuffy hospital for months has been rather terrible!"

"Oh no! Ah woulda told mah family t'come visit if I could then..." Applebloom bit her lip as she shook her head. "Did Sweetie Belle know?"

Rarity nodded. "She and our parents knew. The doctors thought it only right to let them know how I was doing."

It had to be very quiet lest Hoovesweek or anypony else would find out that an Element Bearer was out of commission. That kind of story would have the media storm the hospital and hinder her recovery. And she didn't want to think of what would happen to her little sister and her friends if they were thrust into the spotlight; it seriously reminded her of poor Fluttershy and her modeling career.

"Ah still feel bad... especially since y'were in the hospital fer so long..." Sighed Applebloom. "Well, nothin' fer it now, yer jus' gonna come back and have some nice relaxin' fun."

"Relaxing is what I seemed to have done all this time." the fashion unicorn sighed. Sometimes it was hard getting out of bed due to nurses telling her to stay down; it ended up not going well for either party.

"I can't wait to get back to work and start creating beautiful works for everypony to enjoy again. Or at least when there isn't some kind of monster attacking the town soon."

News traveled quick when it came to that.

"Yeah them critters be all over the place. Y'think the one sendin' em would probably keep to a regular schedule or something." She wanted to give Rarity a hug, it's been a while.

She wouldn't mind a hug, she is one of Sweetie Belle's friends.

"Do villains even have schedules?"

She'll give her a hug. It's Rarity and Applebloom missed her.

"Uh, maybe? Ah mean, this new one attacks really frequently now."

She appreciates the hug a lot.

"I do wish that they could be more considerate then! It's tiring enough as is to the ponies who live here without somepony trying to destroying everything in sight! And let's not talk about the looks some have had-!"

"If it isn't weirdo flamehead guy threatening to spill secrets, it's no-skin guy attacking the town." agreed Applebloom. "Y'think they'd be more quieter sometimes."

"The louder the ruckus, the more ponies pay attention."

It is true after all; whenever Rarity wanted to be seen and heard, she always did something big in order to turn heads. Perhaps it was the same with these awful villains.

"So if that's the case, then will everypony be watching the Zedd guy instead of the Zetta guy?"

Curious statement. "If that's th' case, then maybe we should pay equal attention t'them, otherwise things'll happen."

One particular young twintailed unicorn just happened to be on her way back from Fluttershy's cottage... with a stop or two to look around at the shops and see what sorts of things one could find in a place like Ponyville.

Rarity might have noticed her carrying the handles of a small bag in her mouth, trotting along at a leisurely pace and taking in the sights. But the filly was still kind of awkward on her hooves, and it didn't take much distraction before she somehow managed to trip over herself. Her grip on the bag lost, she gave a little surprised squeak as the bag's contents came tumbling out all over the ground.

"Awww..." Rise gave an annoyed huff, "Come on, I just bought these!"

She tried concentrating on the spilled items, using her unicorn magic to get them back in the bag, but all she managed was to shakily lift everything off the ground for a second before it all just plopped right back onto the ground.

"Um... excuse me? Can anypony help?" She directed the plea at just about anybody in range, but she might have caught sight of one particular unicorn nearby...

Rarity was just out for a small stroll to check and see what had changed in her small town but was distracted by the poor filly who had dropped her things. She may have lost portions of her memory but that didn't mean that she was supposed to be rude.

"You poor thing, here let me help." she spoke and used her own magic to set the bag up and put everything neatly back into it. Didn't want to make it such a mess after all.

Rise watched with clear amazement as the nearby mare effortlessly turned the bag upright and set everything neatly and carefully back inside. All without lifting a hoof! She figured it'll all become normal to her the longer she spent here, but for now, it was still kind of impressive that so many unicorns could do it so easily.

"... Thanks a lot!" Picking up the bag again, she trotted a little closer, only to set it very carefully back down. Being a pony kind of got in the way of multitasking carrying things with talking, and she kind of hoped she could make friends with a nice mare like this.

"I'm still kinda new to all of this... I hope I'll be able to use my magic like that soon!"

"Unicorns have a natural affinity to magic so I'm sure you'll be able to pick it up in no time!" the native spoke, hoping to encourage the young mare to try her new magic again.

"I can assume you're one of the newcomers to Equestria, correct? Is there anything I can for you at all?"

"Oh, um... I wouldn't want to be any more trouble."

She glanced away shyly, just for a second. The unicorn already helped her gather her things, and she wouldn't want to impose. But she was also fascinated by the kind (and apparently fashionable) pony, and she didn't want to just go on her way without talking a little more. If she was okay with it...

"Anyway, I'm still pretty new, but I think I'm getting used to everything! ... Are you actually from this world? Like Fluttershy-san?"

"Oh no, it's no trouble at all! I would be more than happy to help"

After all, being the Element of Generosity also meant giving up her time to help others.

"I am from this world, yes! And you've also met Fluttershy? She's always so kind and gracious to everypony she meets!"
