[These rainbows are accompanied by a flash of equally bright blue magic. Once the light dies a bit, it's clear that it was coming from the glowing runes forming several circles around where this Luna stands, wings spread and eyes bright white with magic.

Upon seeing Ponyville, they promptly flicker out.]

How on earth...? [She turns to glance back towards Canterlot, before huffing to herself and sitting on the ground. The runes fade into nothingness as she tugs a scroll and a quill from her saddlebags and begins to read.] But no, that ought to have worked! Pray, tell me the date?

[This is addressed at anyone who happens to be around. She hasn't yet looked up from her notes.]

He's mostly got walking down, but he's quickly learning another unfortunate thing about being a pony besides having to readjust his balance.]

Don't worry, she's probably chased Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon around in annoyance over their taunting.

Her wide pink eyes look over the town in awe as she adjusts the white and black jacket she wears.]

[There was a dragon in the middle of Ponyville. Thankfully, this one was asleep, and not breathing huge clouds of smoke. Nope, this one was dozing quietly by the side of the road with her head on several large tomes. There was also a sword on her other side, just in case.

The dragon had a rather interesting coat and set of armor on, like she was a part of some army and some rather interesting gold marks on her wings.

Care to wake the dragon up and find out what in the world is going on?]

[And Harvey starts slowly walking in the opposite direction, keeping a skeptical eye on her over his shoulder. He's gonna go make a few calls, see if anyone else is actin' off.]

While he notices the mark, he tries not to look at it. Even he knows looking at a girl's...flank is a bad idea.

Or he's at Sugarcube Corner, abusing his ability to get free samples without any bits.

Or he's at the Night Market, munching on something from every storefront he possibly can.

Basically, if there's food, this guy's there, doing what he can to partake. Maybe he should be stopped.]
