"Not where I'm from, they haven't. And I think I'd know, I've been around." Well... not in the past several years. But... he hasn't been imprisoned for centuries. Has he?

"Are you really sure you're a human, though, and didn't just hit your head? I thought humans were supposed to walk on two legs like a pikachu."

"I don't normally look like this, but something about this world transforms visitors. There's a lot of ponies here that were originally human, actually, so you can get independent confirmation if you want."

A slight pause as she thinks it over.

"I know there's at least two other Pokemon Trainers like me here, so they should be able to confirm that Pokemon and humans live together as well."

"...in the Human World," Keldeo clarifies, glancing away, looking up. "Not the world I'm from. Humans don't exist there. So I didn't accidentally ruin your studies after all, right?"

It's a minor consolation, but it's something... reinforced by the gentle, insistent smile the 'mon wears.
