Right. Sorry, but all I can really tell ya is that we're in Ponyville, and this is a different Equestria than the one you're probably used to. Lots of us've been brought here like that, we ain't sure why yet.

[She wants to know if Celestia is here too, but for now she'll figure out how to get back to Canterlot. While she could fly back there, she wasn't sure how much strength she really has at the moment. Her magic ability was certainly much weaker than it should be at the moment, and there's no way she can protect dreams in her state.]

Nope. The Guards've been givin' out these magic scroll things for everyone to talk on - probably so the Princesses can keep an eye on us. You can use mine if you want. [He figures she'll want to call home, or just about the closest thing she's got here. Most of the double ponies are already living with their local counterparts, after all.]

[He sits back on his haunches, better to awkwardly draw in out of one of the inner pockets of his jacket with his forehooves. Someone hasn't taken well to using his mouth just yet.]

[He shoots her a flat look - he sees that eyebrow, and he's not afraid to non-verbally snark right back.]

I don't know how you ponies manage with these things. Here... [With a flick, he gets it unrolled.] You can just talk into it, it'll record sound or video.

[She decides to ignore the flat look and accepts the scroll. She moves a hoof and touches it.] Sister? Can thou hear us?
