Desperately, she'd tried to avenge them, throwing all of her magic at the creature.

She was wandering in a fog, on a pale horse. Looking for someone, but she wasn't even sure who, anymore. If anyone was left, all she would do would be to hurt them. But still she looked. If hurt was the only thing she could do, she'd make damn sure she did a good job at it.
