[So he offers her the present, doing his damndest to look as grumpy as possible. Maintaining this attitude is key to making sure everyone understands that he's being nice to Sweetie Belle because of Rarity and for absolutely no other reason!]

[She can't help perking up a little, rising to her hooves as she takes the present.]

[She does get the feeling that she's only getting a present from him because of Rarity, but she doesn't seem to mind that.]

You kids try so much it must be hard to keep track, so I figured this way you could keep a log of all your crusading and stuff.

Oh wow! [She holds up the notebook.] Yeah! This'll be perfect at our Cutie Mark Crusader meetings!

[Zetta has a surprisingly keen sense of the confused relationship between the Knight-Commander and the filly, neither of them being quite the right pony the other expects.]
