A best friend is someone with an open ear, open mind, and open heart. Who really believes you're something to be proud of, and that the two of you are even stronger together. You might not always get along, but you always have each other's backs when the chips fall.

My best friend is gone, but I've seen enough of the rest of you to know that I'll find that connection again someday.
