I'm not sure how much you could help me. I've had my memories messed with so much that I have fake memories along with my real ones. I once lost it when my memories got mixed together for about three days and it scares me that I'm so mentally vulnerable like that and it makes me wonder sometimes if my identity is truly real or not.
