What I've seen of your Terra thus far is fantastic and spot-on, but more than that, you have a way of just infusing life into your protagonist characters, making them unique and quirky and real in ways you can't really get with Typical Do-Gooder Hero #43566. While Mako won't be my first favorite Hilda-Archetype, she'll certainly be up in the top three.

And Hayate makes me want to try to play DQ9 again. That's always a sign of something.

When it comes to blank slate protagonists, I just have more fun creating their backstories and personalities without referring to existing stuff.

And it's really great to hear that I'm doing Terra justice, because she's probably the most tricky character I've ever played!

While I haven't much interaction with Hayate (or any with Terra), the interaction between Nozomi and Mako has always been amazing. The two are just inseparable.

And to think it all started because Mako snapped out of her depression long enough to give Nozomi a pep talk!

Seriously, I'm continually blown away by how much fun it is having these two interact.

You have a knack for characters who calmly and without any guile step into and do the most absolutely absurd things with completely straight faces and a total lack of self awareness. It's priceless.
