Seriously, didn't your mother ever teach you not to walk through ominous unmarked doors in ominous catacombs of ominous castles?

Or maybe you've just got a boggart in your cupboard, who knows. Regardless, you are now trapped within your own worst fears. Hopefully someone can go and get you out of them!

Sadly, the force from the collision is enough to knock Teddie over, causing him to fall on his back and sending his already loosened head flying. He doesn't make a sound, not a single yelp, nor does he complain when he sits himself up. That is, of course, if he actually did sit up. The suit remains motionless, the kind of lifelessness someone would expect from a normal, everyday suit.

That would be because there isn't anyone inside it. Instead, a thick tar-like substances pours out from his neck, almost crawling as though it has a mind of its own. Stranger still, it almost appears as though the suit is carrying much more of this gunk than what appears possible. There's a lot.

Kyouko reacts with horror and disgust. That was inside Teddie? It can't be him?

The head of the suit landed close to her. She seizes it and stuffs it back on top of him, getting her hands covered in the gunk as she does so. She has no idea what's happening, but hopefully she isn't making it worse.

Even with the head on its rightful place, it doesn't seem to get much of a reaction from the bear. The expression on the face is void of any emotion, pupilless and stuck in a frozen gasp. It really is just a suit now, any and all life it once held is out for lunch.

The black gunk, however, continues to move, even grow despite being cut off from its source. Although shapeless for the most part, two very identifiable arms shoot out from the mass, crashing down into the floor and grabbing down at the rubble around it.

"Teddie? Teddie, come on. Teddie!" Panic creeps into her voice. A smashing sound comes from behind her and she whirls around, one hand still on the bear suit, to find the shadow digging up the ground. No other choice, she throws up her hands and erected barriers all around it. Maybe it would even keep the shadow contained, even as her soul gem dimmed further.

A low, below of a gurgle begins to come from the creature as it continues to expand, towering much higher than a normal Shadow should, even against the barrier. Although it doesn't take a form, a mask appears to surface from within it, forming the 'head'. Surprisingly, it takes no initiative to attack Kyouko right away, instead continuing to 'build' itself in a mindless manner. Just about everything it does is mindless, as it continues to swing its arms about, grasping at things that aren't even there.

Still crouched next to the bear suit - as long as it's here, there's still hope, maybe she can revive him. Maybe if she can get that thing back inside of him...

With a tremendous effort, she pushes the barriers together, trying to force the shadow into a smaller space. The suit, she places as close to the shadow as she dares. Operation: Revive her boyfriend is a go.
