The enraged half demon could only watch as Hell rained on those taking pleasure in Dante's suffering. His anger burned like the great conflagration around him, though he himself was still restrained. He normally kept his demonic instincts in check, but with with the rage continuing to swell and the destruction the others were bringing on the other demons, he continued to struggle and swipe at his enemies, his body crackling with power.

The chains holding him back are beginning to rattle and weaken. Though they were designed specifically for use against Dante, they're as vulnerable as regular chains towards everyone else. His own actions aren't enough, but Homura's and Yukiko's combined efforts are having their intended impacts. The demons are all fighting back, but the onslaught has taken them by surprise. It's not long before they're fighting back against the girls, a downpour of hurled blades and magic attempting to fend off the rescue.

What was that one phrase where someone was tired of having to deal with all the crap and decide to forget everything including the plan and just go for it?

"...Oh the Hell with this!"

With that said, Yukiko pulled out her other sharp pointy weapon and started slashing down the demons in front of her like knocking down dominoes. Amaterasu and Naepea flying behind and giving back up to her and the familiars of Homura as they provided the magic to fight back against the horde of...was it evil demons or just asshole demons who were pitching a bitchfit? Yukiko was putting her training to good use as she jumped up and ran towards where the son of Sparda was being held...while using the demons' heads as stepping stones. You taught her well Dante.

"Hang on, we're coming!"
