[Bill taps a finger against his chin...oh wow wait, he DOES have a chin here, that's amazing! - as he thinks Teddie's request over.]
Huh. You know, you're a tougher cookie than I thought you'd be, Teddie. Ah well, I guess I'll give it a shot.
[Time to go.
Behind Bill, the fabric of reality breaks away, leaving a small black hole in which all reality is encapsulated. If he could somehow look deeply enough into it Teddie would see the circle that is time. For himself. For all those he knows. Seeing that the actions he or they take here or in other universes and possibilities are cemented in time and already known.
But it's such a little hole it's hard to tell, and easier just to see the most basic outline of reality, of the stars and planets that shimmer in this hole.]
But don't worry Teddie-
[Bill's 'outline' starts to get sucked towards the hole, straining against it as Bill puts a hand to his mouth to be heard above the din of the universe, a din that isn't really comprehensible or heard to Teddie's ears, and yet is.]
I'll be seeing you again soon!
[And then Bill's sucked into the hole, and the hole of all reality remains open a moment more.]
I'll be seeing you reeeeeaaaal soooooooon!
[And then it's closed once more, and it's just a normal kitchen again.]
