1) For many years, I've been alone. Then you just... show up in my life like a sudden flame; piercing through any darkness that loneliness has shrouded me in. You helped me realize that there's still joy in this world, and that I'm never truly alone. I know you can't take my sister's place, but you give me comfort like no one else has. You're strong, brave, and just so trustworthy. I've never met someone quite like you. My tongue feels like clay, and I still can't quite put my feelings into words all that well, but that's alright for now. I hope someday I can tell you how I feel with confidence.
