Pinkie stands and stares as well, tilting her head slightly as the dragon flails about. Well, okay, swing and a miss. Let's do it again!

"Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! Do you like cupcakes?"

[ashadowofhope]

"... Cupcake? What is a cupcake?"

He has no idea what this Pinkie Pie is talking about.

[sailorlaughter]

Luckily, she has encountered this before.

"This is!" Pinkie Pie pulls a large cupcake out of thin air. "It's chocolate, see? THIS one is, but there's other flavors! They're like little bitty cakes in cups you bake and then you can carry them around and eat them whenever you want!" That may not have been helpful if he doesn't know what cakes are either. Oh well. "Just eat it! That's the quickest way to find out!"

What sort of magic...? He almost growls at the sudden appearance of this 'cupcake', but looks it over warily as Pinkie Pie explains what it is. It smells sweet, and almost seems similar to some of the confections the Pookas would make in their shop. Small cake in a cup, huh? He isn't so sure about eating it though; not when he just met the Pinkie Pie.

"..."

[sailorlaughter]

Pinkie stretches out further, balancing on two hooves in her effort to foist the cupcake onto the dragon. "That's when you put it in your mouth, and then you chew and swallow! You've gotta do it a lot, y'know."

What? She's met robots! Lots of people didn't have to eat before!

He still doesn't know what to think of the Pinkie Pie, but he does consider the possibility of being poisoned. Dragons didn't seem affected by most toxins. The beasts, when he was told about them, had their own magic protecting them. Only his psypher blade had actually managed to fell them save for one. If eating this 'cupcake' was the only way to get this one to stop insisting, he may as well and trust this new both to be unaffected by poison.

Reaching with his claw, his wing drags and he's not sure about grabbing it without crushing it. Instead, he ends up piercing it with a claw and bringing it back to his mouth. There's no several bites to eat it, but only one.

[sailorlaughter]

"THERE you go!"

Pinkie bounces happily. Apparently she's not bothered by the stabby claws plunging around near her hooves. "So do you like it?"

He still doesn't know what to make of this Pinkie Pie. She doesn't behave like anyone he's known before and he isn't sure how to react. So, he'll contemplate over the cupcake and her question instead of trying to watch her.

"It is... good." He doesn't know what else to say. It's sweet; nothing to wax poetic about.

[sailorlaughter]

"Ooooh, you CAN talk!

No one ever accused Pinkie Pie of having too much tact. "I'm glad you like it!" she continues, bouncing around him in a circle. It's only the not-talking thing that keeps her from jumping right up on his back, like she does with Dante. "So what's your name? You just got here, right? I think I would've noticed you around!"

He grunts, watching the pink form hop around him. Was talking not common for dragons in this place? He doesn't have the chance to ask about it just yet; not even if there are other dragons here. He doesn't know either if he would be fine if there were only Pinkie Pies. "... My name is Oswald. Where is 'here'?"
