Arcee doesn't understand holidays that don't celebrate important victories or what have you, she finds them pointless. So chances are she's going to be thinking everyone is being a big dumb. And will probably be reminded of Earth. It's not like she misses anyone there b-baka. ...Although now that I think about it, unlike Christmas, she might be a little more understanding towards Hearth's Warming since it does sound more like a victory than magic Santamans do.
