[That laughter is followed by a very strange mare. One that has green hair that's able to move. One that's walking in place of her legs.]

This certainly is something to wig out from! A whole new city for me to conquer! It'll be my most hair-raising plans yet!

[SUDDENLY, A HEROIC SILHOUETTE!]

Cherishing your own beauty is one thing, but forcing it on others is unacceptable!!

[...Split ends. Nonetheless, at your horrible attempt at a pun, Mane-iac's grin only grew, regardless of whether or not her mane was cut.

The crazed lunatic jumps back a bit using her hair and gets into a prepared stance.]

There is no way you'll be able to stop the growth of my terror! All will be expertly styled to fit true terror and all justice in the world shall be shaved away! Hahahaha!

[Give her credit for trying, she's been out of practice!]

Then I'll just have to cut your hair down to size, won't I!

We'll see about that!

[With that, Mane-iac rushes forward, bobbing left and right and attacking by whipping her mane at the supposed hero.]

Venus Love-Me Chain!

[Master punster she isn't. But Venus knows how to fight and weave away from obstacles. Tentacle manes also suck, so the best strategy was to use her her own whip attack. Allowing the chain to become larger and larger, she prepared herself for a lasso job. Or, at the least, a means to head off the advancing hair.]

Oh. Tis you again.

[Look it's the Princess again. And she's munching on a cucumber.]

And it's you. You won't get in the way of my plans again! You're nothing compared to those Power Ponies! I'll get rid of you just like any other split end!

[Swallowing, her t-shirt changed to 'You Can't Handle Me'] We believe the shirt speaks the truth.

Shirt, smirt! By the time I'm through with you, hehehahaha... you'll see who's really ready for the MANE event!

[Have some hair tendrils whipping your way.]

[Again with the shield! Luna's good at shielding and she generates a shield to protect herself from those hair tendrils coming her way.]

[...You know what? Mane-iac will just wrap her mane around the shield and toss it into a nearby wall.]

[The smashing of the wall dazed Luna for a moment before she narrowed her eyes.] We believe our little ponies have a saying in this moment: bring it thus.

[And she leaped, moving to tackle Mane-iac.]

[And hair tendrils will attempt to be wrapped around Luna's throat to choke her. Failing that, Mane-iac will use her mane to defend herself from the leap.]

[Those hair tendrils were a nuisance, something Luna was not ready for. Even with her wind cut off, she snarled and kicked out, hoping to strike her opponent. Hooficuffs were a favorite of hers, and she loved a good brawl.]

[Yeah, there's a reason why Mane-iac is considered to be the most dangerous nemesis of The Power Ponies. Even moreso when she whips out that paralytic hairspray. Luna's lucky she doesn't have that right now.

So instead, Mane-iac takes a few good hits to the face before slamming Luna to the floor repeatedly and laughing her flank off.]

We are not amused! Thy laughter is not of the fun! [Grunted out Luna exclaimed, being manhandled. Well kid-horseshoes were off. She unleashed a shockwave of black energy in a dome around her to try and dislodge the crazy pony.]

[What should be unsurprising, the pain from being blasted away from Luna only elicits more laughter.]

Hahahahahaaa! You say that now, but wait until I buzz-cut you to death with my deadly mane! HahahahHAHAHAHAHahahaha!

[Mane-iac is already charging at Luna again.]

Thou shalt not pass!

[At this, Luna employed the easiest trick in the book -- telekinesis. Reaching out, she made to ensnare all of Mane-iac and shake her like a baby with a rattle.]

(The pegasus before you - if it is one - draws a sword. Yes, with his hooves.)
