I'll save the freak out until after. Then I can build it up properly, in the barrel of my chest before I let it all out in a plaintive 'why me'.

This is an alternate Equestria that's pulling in others from other points in time space and that search isn't restricted to ponies. Humans, demons, robots...there aren't many restrictions. Anyway, clues point towards an ambiguous alicorn of life and death called the Pale Pony, who's apparently from the future. It doesn't make sense, you're not dead and we're still figuring everything out as we go.

You're free to genuflect now.

[Shining Armor digested that.

Levitated the pillow from the nearby bed and screamed gibberish into it for a bit before relaxing. Putting it down, he exhaled.] Well that's more odd than I expected. I suppose that's pretty insane from all sorts of walks of life.

Humans huh, like those old stories... weird how things seem to just sort of happen around Ponyville then.

It's the epicenter of all events and disasters, I've learned. You get used to it.

Speaking of which...did you speak to the other Twilight yet?

I did actually. She tackled me a while ago. I'm guessing with all this wibbly wobbly timey wimey spacey wacey stuff that you're from a time before the whole wings and horns happened?

Long before the wings happened. And to be honest? I think I'd prefer not having the wings.

You look okay without them anyhow. Wings or not, you're still my little sister.
