Not really. Hard to explain at least.

A lalafell is a tiny person, about three or four feet tall. And Lightning's a friend of mine, but I don't think she'd remember me. Last I heard she left because her God was testing her.

*"Person" doesn't really narrow it down when one comes from a planet with tons of sentient species, but Yecrux doesn't push it. He probably would have noticed the laugh.*

I have a tail and ears normally. This isn't anything normally.

And sure, that should be okay then.

*Yecrux wiggles his ears and flicks his tail.*

Sure, always happy to help...what do they look like? You didn't really give much of a description. I'd probably hear the lilyfall, though, if she's always laughing, like you said.

Well a lalafell is a small person, about yeigh tall with pointed ears and a small figure. She's got little pigtails and the lala, Shantotto I believe her name is, wears mages robes.

Lightning is a tall human with pink hair, and wears advanced garments from some other world. She has this cool weapon I got made too. [And she holds out a perfect working replica of Lightning's Gunblade.]

But what sort of person, a cat or a pony or a griffin or a human or an elf or-- *Wait, wait, he could just go on forever if he doesn't watch himself.*--or you get the idea.

*Yecrux nods a few times.*

I haven't seen any humans, they usually don't spend much time in Equestria, so I'm sure she'll stand out.

*He leans forward to peer at the blade.*

Oooh, that's a nice one. Is that some sort of fancy sword? Its got a little... *He wiggles a hoof a bit, pointing at the hilt.* ...switch thingy.

Lightning usually stands out at least. And well, Lalafells are like tiny humans. Really short ones but don't call em that, they get touchy if you mistake them for human children.

[She held it up and unsheathed it, the weapon gleaming.] It's called a gunblade. The engineers reverse engineered it from Lightning's awesome weapon. Mine is kind of fake though, it's actually a Curtana Sword with a gunblade glamoured onto it.

*He nods at the explanation of Lalafells. Hasn't seen anyone like that, but he'll keep an eye out. That's not quite as interesting, however, as the big shiny sharp thing.*

Gunblade, huh? Can't say I've ever heard of something like that...looks pretty, though. Does it work as well as it looks? Weapons that don't hurt aren't really worth much.

It has quite the kick to it. But like I said, it's actually glamoured onto a Curtana weapon. I'd remove it, but I don't have any more crystals here.

I mean, it augments my strength and speed. Though I have a lot of blades with me.

Glamour is...something faeries do?

I'm afraid I'm not sure what a curtana is, though. Sorry, sorry, I thought I'd been around a lot but I seem to have totally missed wherever these things are from. Would you care to explain a bit?

Glamours are reflections of items upon crystals. With the proper tools I can create the prisms needed to make them.

And a Curtana is a sword. It's a ceremonial weapon that is able to boost a Paladin's strength and speed.

Oh, an enchanted weapon, even better. I've never really used one, though. Is the boost that noticeable?

It's fairly powerful. My Curtana and Holy Shield can block some of the most powerful blows, and it's not even the most powerful weapon in the world.

Blocking blows, that's always good, but I've found that giving them is always more fun. How is it on that?

Pretty decently. I mean, I don't do the most absurd amount of damage, but it can really hurt when I hit people with it.

*Yecrux considers for a few moments. It sounds like a pretty useful weapon with some nice perks...but he was never very good with blades. After a moment he smiles.*

Well, I'm glad you found a weapon that works for you, that can be hard to do sometimes. What about the bird? Does he, uh, does he usually look like this?

Yeah, it's a nice weapon. And Chocoking II here? Yeah, I'm training him up, aren't you going to become a fighter, hmm?

[The Chocobo warked, not liking that all.] Oh c'mon, be a good sport like your companion. You don't see Magitek complaining, do you?

[The fat chocobo warked more, waving its stubby wings. Clearly he didn't want to argue with a sentinet magitek walker.]
