[There seems to be some sort of show going on in the middle of town, if the small crowd is anything to go by. At the center of it all is a minotaur, dressed as a torero. ...Because Equestria loves irony, apparently. In his heavy arms is a guitar he strums at vigorously and is apparently getting really into it. It's almost difficult to ignore all the energy he puts into his playing.]

My heart beats like a drum
A guitar string to the strum
A beautiful song to be sung~
She's got brown eyes that shine passionately
That roll back when she's laughing at me
She rises up like the tide
The moment her lips meet mine

[He's clearly singing about someone who may or may not actually be here, but rest assured supposed subject is the source of all that energy. Looks like a good time.]

[When all is said and done...or sang and done, Manolo takes a bow, panting only a second or two to catch his breath. It feels so good to get that out, now he can start worrying about being in a town full of horses.

Because that's somehow stranger than a land full of dead people.]

[No one say the giant monster man isn't a gentleman. He places the guitar on his back for now, right next to the swords. Because if there's one thing a musician always is, it's armed.

Well, now would probably be a good time to get some answers.]

You...wouldn't happen to know where or what this place is...would you?

[He almost seems embarrassed to be asking. It's just a little on the weird side, okay?]

[She's not scared! Anypony who can play a guitar like that can't possibly be evil or scary, right?]

I mean, I know its called Equestria, and its where talking ponies live, and they make awesome cupcakes...but not much else.

[Well, as long as they make awesome cupcakes.

So...you are not from here, either?

[Looks like it's going to be harder to figure out who's a local horse and who isn't. ...Which raises another question.]

I'm sorry, but were you by any chance human as well?

[Again, that seems like such a weird question to ask, but here we are. Manolo's not sure if he should be relieved or not that this might be a reoccurring phenomenon.]

I was! I'm guessing you were, or...are?

[THE CUPCAKES CAN WAIT.]

[Yup, not relieved in the slightest. No one should be taken from their homes and forcibly changed into adorable animals. A hand goes over his face as he exhales loudly out of his nose. ...Snout? See, these aren't things he should have to think about.]

I'm almost afraid to ask how many of these animals are really people.

Honestly, I have no idea. So far I've counted...I think four of us who were human before.

No, actually, I should be the one who's sorry. I'm still not sure who or what's responsible, exactly? But I might know a possible...um, culprit.

[Find the culprit, convince them to send everyone home one way or another, everybody's happy. How hard can it be?!]

Well, erm, her name is Elsa. Queen Elsa.

[For some reason, she suddenly feels reticent revealing her connection to her own sister. Maybe its because this guy's a minotaur, maybe she's worried that Elsa really is the "scary white alicorn who ate a world" and is responsible for all of this...who knows.]

Does the name Arendelle sound familiar, by any chance?

Eh, no? ...Should it?

[Does Arendelle know where the queen is? ...Is Arendelle a person?

Manolo's confusion doesn't seem to last very long, in fact he brushes it off pretty easily and regains a rather confident demeanor. He's got a name, two even, it's all he really needs. It's even enough to put a smile back on his face.]'

Not to worry, señorita, we will speak with this Queen Elsa and have everything sorted out before you know it!

I hope so, if she's the one responsible.

I'm guessing its a metaphor.

[There is a very awkward pause.]

[Do they not have those where she's from??? He has absolutely no intention of sending his eaters anywhere.]

[Whatever the case may be, Manolo laughs it off. He also looks like he's ready to get going, beginning to walk past her.]

You are...very strange.

[HE MEANS THAT IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE.]

Well, I should be off now if I'm to find this Queen Elsa. Thank you for all of your help.

[STOMP STOMP STOMP STOMP.]

If you're going to look for her, I'm going to go with you!

[She keeps stomping like that and she's bound to chip a hoof. Nonetheless, her demand offer leaves Manolo excited.]

Very well! But if we're to travel together, I may want to know your name.

[No worries, man. You've got backup on the tambourine. And the trumpet. And several other instruments, all balanced on the back of a single pink pony who just sort of showed up nearby and started playing along.

She totally seems to know the song, though!]

[As surprising as that is, Manolo can only find it exciting. To see that this world celebrates music so...enthusiastically warms his heart in all the right ways.

After playing a few minutes more with the pretty pink pony, he eventually slows down so he can properly meet his new acquaintance.]

I must say, you are very talented!

[sailorlaughter]

Awww, thanks! You too!

[Pinkie was dancing the entire time, and promptly drops all her instruments and rolls over onto her back once it's done. Despite this, she still seems very cheerful.]

That was fun! Next time we should get the whole town in on it!
