[A green pony with a pleasant smile waits outside the door to the tavern. It's closed, but he's waiting patiently till it opens. It's about three in the afternoon and he's been waiting for the past... five hours now. Some frequent passerby's may have noticed him earlier, only to find that he hasn't budged at all. In fact, he has a newspaper just next to him over a barrel.]

Hey, top of the morning to ya!

[He's just smiling there... waiting.]

Oh, I already said that to you, huh. Well this day's so good, I'm saying it to you again! So there you go!

[Yeah, he'll be... here for a while.]

Hey, how ya doin'?

[Harvey's just gonna...kinda stare at this guy and try to sidle around him to get into the tavern. It is closed, but he's got a key since he's a regular performer here. Makes things easier.]

[Clay tips his proverbial hat with his hypothetical fingers over at Harvey and turns away... till the jingling of keys snaps him back to reality.]

Say, you've had the key all along! I tell ya, I read through today's papers like five times. Now I can get an early start on the evening.

It ain't open yet. You'll have to wait 'til Minty or one of the bartenders shows up, I'm just here to get some things ready backstage.
