[She jumped a bit when she finally realized someone was there, but she relaxed when she saw who it was.

At the question, she closed the magazine to show her.]

It's one of Rarity's...

Oh.

[Sitting down, Ako had to wonder how much height she had gotten. She was almost a head taller than Sweetie Belle, but it wasn't hard to look at the magazine.]

Feeling a bit of separation anxiety I take it? I know that feeling.

[potentialrings]

Yeah, I guess so...

[She played with the magazine cover with her hoof. As much as she loved Rarity's dresses, she had never been as much into fashion as her sister.]

It's weird though...sometimes I forget she's not here...

[At least until she talks to Dame Rarity.]

Yeah, I get that.

It seems like everything's fine, but it's the little things that matter. The way your sister moves, or even cooks a meal, right? I get that. I tried to fit in a lot in my home but it was hard too. I was just different. In a way, I suppose I feel like your sister may be feeling now. Wanting family near me.

[potentialrings]

...Yeah.

[Somehow, that made her feel even worse than before. Because as bad as it was for her right now, it must be even harder for Rarity.]

Do...Do you think she's okay?

[tsunpony]

I hope so. I'd like to believe she's okay.

[Ako sighed deeply as she curled her legs under herself.] In a way, it's better to have them gone... than it was in Mayfield. In Mayfield, people who "left" were droned. Stripped of personality. Made... into people not themselves. I would think wherever Rarity is? She is thinking of you, always. She's your sister, and nothing changes that.

[potentialrings]

[She couldn't help smiling a bit at that.]

Yeah...and she's strong too. I'm sure she can take whatever happens.

[Hopefully.]

[tsunpony]

And you have your friends, and ponies to look out for you too.

[And she grinned.] And you have me. I might have physically outgrown you three, but that doesn't mean I can't abuse my teenage authority and take you guys wherever you want to go. Right?

[potentialrings]

[The first part brought a brighter smile to her face. The second a matching grin.]

That's true...

[Something they have severely overlooked until now.]

I could take you to your favorite places and there's so much we can do. I mean, I have a student discount so a lot of the entertainment places are cheap for me and three others.

Call it me giving you guys the childhood I never had.

Thanks...we really should do more stuff together. I mean, I know you're busy now that you're older, but it'd still be fun...

[tsunpony]

Not too busy to spend time with you guys. When's the last time we've zipped around town together anyhow?

[potentialrings]

[She thinks for a moment, before realizing that she's taking too long to answer.]

I dunno! It feels like forever!

[tsunpony]

Then we'll totally zip about together then.

[potentialrings]

Yeah! That'd be great!

Heh, maybe I can take you girls flying too. I gain wings when I transform too.

[potentialrings]

Really? That sounds awesome!

So does that make you part-alicorn?

[tsunpony]

I... huh, I dunno, maybe? I mean, I am a princess but I never really thought about it. I've never really had a need for wings and a horn...

[potentialrings]

You should ask! I bet you could be a princess, just like Twilight!

[tsunpony]

[A short laugh and grin.] Me? A princess? Heaven forbid. I'm okay with being plain old Ako for now. I mean, you don't need wings to be a princess. It's what's inside that counts.

[potentialrings]

Yeah, I guess so...

Still, the wings sound kind of fun.

[tsunpony]

Oh they're plenty of fun. Tell you what; I'll see about magicking up some wings for you if you want. I'm sure it can't be THAT hard.

[potentialrings]

Wow, that'd be awesome!

[She can't help bouncing a bit.]

Rarity had wings once too! I think Twilight used a spell to give them to her. Though I think she had some sort of accident with them...

[tsunpony]

Is that so? I'll ask Twilight to help me with it then. I'm not as good as she is but it may come in handy then.

[potentialrings]

Yup! Rarity said they were really pretty, too.

[She never did get a chance to see them.]

But I think they were really delicate. Something a little sturdier might work better...
