About them: Alien overlord who tried taking over the world twice. He was raised by human parents and his father betrayed him and stole his people's secrets. After being blamed for everything that happened, he was tasked with conquering mankind. To do so, he buried all of his emotions, leaving nothing besides anger and hate. A song, the lullaby his mom sang, defeats him and forces him to retreat from the first invasion.
Plans for the future: He has his Arcade plot going on where the games will mess with people's heads, making them more susceptible to his psychic suggestions. It'll fail, though.
What kind of CR do you desire: Rivals, evil partners, unexpected friends, and in large part, people to really challenge his insistence on keeping his emotions locked. Really, I want to develop him to a point where he recognizes that he's just making himself a scapegoat for his people and childishly taking his anger out on humanity.

About them: The sexiest fat man in animation. He's evil with a capital E and is the hammiest ham ever to grace this side of the deli. As incompetent as he is, he can be somewhat dangerous now and then.
Plans for the future: I do want him to get a metalworks going, maybe a series of factories for a player plot. Get a plot where he has industry going in Equestria only to be foiled.

Also this is up in the air, but I'd like him to turn someone into a robot briefly.
What kind of CR do you desire: Unlikely friends and really, just, people to eyeroll at how ridiculous he is. I want a gang of plucky heroes to stop whatever cartoonish scheme he has planned every so often.

Plans for the future: As stated above, Tails will be opening up his new shop either later this month or next month (It's just a matter of timing). Also I do want to look into him getting some therapy in the future.

About them: Rainbow Dash has been through one hell of a lot.
Plans for the future: The biggest problem with Dashie right now seems to be her fierce anti-powers attitude combined with the fact that she's much more of a stubborn jerk when arguing than anyone would particularly like. I would like to wean her off of that, although I'm lacking specifics how.
What kind of CR do you desire: I'm game for most anything.
Would you be interested in romance: I sure hope so, or Minato has been living a lie.

Plans for the future: Nope. Dante doesn't like set plans, so he does what he wants and rolls with what he has. MLJ has let him be a generous dragon who plays uncle, readily funds what needs funding and trains people to be awesome fighters. If any of those things interest you, then Dante is your dragon.

At some point I'll canon update her although I may just hold out until the premiere of Volume 3 nears because the end of Volume 2 is such a glorious car wreck I don't even. I would love to figure out a way for Yang to get more involved in larger mod-plot stuff, even if it's just her finding out tidbits of helpful information (possibly through slightly questionable means) but I'm unsure of how to go about that.
What kind of CR do you desire: I have a mild thing for negative CR when it comes to Yang, so if anybody wants to cheese her off or something I am more than open to plotting stuff for that.

Character Name: Andrew Noble (meta-crisis!Doctor, Doctor Who)
About them: Andrew's a half-human amalgam of the Doctor and of Donna Noble. He's literally two years old but has two adult people's worth of memories, and he has an upsettingly low sense of self worth. The Doctor is one of those heroes who charges in and singlehandedly saves the universe with a kettle and a bit of string, and Andrew is significantly less good at that and hasn't worked out what he is good at yet. He's lost a lot of the constant irrational anger he had early on, but he's still kind of struggling to figure out who he is. Andrew's still kind of trying to be the Doctor, and he needs to learn to be his own person. He took a big step when he chose his own name way back when, but he's been kind of coasting since then. He doesn't really want to examine it too closely for fear that the answer to who he is might be "nobody." His pony form kind of ties into that: his handprint cutie mark is a reference to how he was created, which might imply he doesn't actually have a defining feature beyond his freak existence, plus he still feels seriously cheated by being an earth pony rather than a unicorn or pegasus.
Plans for the future: Short version: I want Andrew to learn how to be a team player. His strengths don't lie in striding in, fixing everything for the poor stupid people around him, then gallivanting off into the sunset, but that's what he still wants to do. If anyone needs a character in a supporting role in an upcoming plot, I think playing sidekick would be really good for him.
What kind of CR do you desire: Just...anything. I haven't kept him as involved in day to day happenings and relationships as he needs to be, so a baseline of making friends/strengthening friendships/possibly making enemies would be helpful to me.
