Well, you wouldn't be able to precisely tell where they were, but you could be within their general vicinity always. I don't intend for it to sound as though you could potential stalk someone, but it would be possible.

I think it's the thought that would matter the most. The fact you know someone you care about is nearby is a comforting feeling.
