[Tsukasa's head jerks a bit as he's struck with the snowball, shooting his head around to glare at the assailant.]

Kaito... don't you have anything else better to do?

['Bad choice of words', he thinks as he wipes the snow off of his head.]

Not really. I'm on vacation as it were. All of those Rider Wars and all puts a man off fighting for a while.

[That was a potshot Tsukasa, feel the burn. He smirked as he reached down with a telekinetic grip and raised the snow, shaping it into a snowpony.] You have really no idea where you landed up this time, do you? It's a world very much unlike what you've seen before. For one: it was a world without Riders for a while, until a different Rider than yourself arrived.

[Yes, he knows it's a potshot HE'S SORRY FOR WHAT HE DID IN SUPER HERO TAISEN, OKAY. Though "world very much unlike what he's seen before" is something of an understatement. The last bit gets him, though.]

Gentarou Kisaragi. The "kid", though he's no longer a kid. He's now an experienced Rider, albeit retired right now. There's also Gaim's problems here too.

It started technically longer, but it sort of 'unlocked' when he arrived. And then the locals got their hands on Helheim stuff.
