Are you new to town?

[Here's an interrupting pony with a question! Elsa doesn't seem to be angry or judging. She's just finding her feet...and herself wondering where she'll eat.]

[Pippin jumps and backs away several steps from the open window and the tempting pie, his eyes wide open.]

New? Oh yes! Never been here before. Any idea where we are? Any idea why we're ponies?

This land is called Equestria, and this is the town of Ponyville. We're like this because there's a magical spell in the air here...or so I've heard.

[Yeah, she doesn't like it. But she's got to keep her head held high here...though she does turn to nod at him.]

You're hungry, aren't you?

Magic spell? I wonder what kind of wizard would want to turn us all into ponies. He did a funny job of it seeing as we can still talk and we're not colored like ponies are.

[Before he can think of an explanation for his actions towards the pie, his stomach growls loudly again. He glances down and back up at Elsa.]

Just a little hungry. [grrrerr] Well more than that honestly. I would try grazing in a field like a proper pony, it's just, I haven't found a field yet and I'm not sure that I'd like the taste of grass.

I've known strange curses. They don't always have a reason.

But there's no way to know if we'll like grass until we try it, right?

[Elsa needs a distraction from this talk of curses. So she's just gonna screw up her face and try. Chewing, chewing...and it's unexpectedly not too terrible. Not good, either. But not terrible. She communicates this with a strained nod.]
