By going up to the fallen Homestar and taking his hat.]

Yeah, everybody seems to flop around on the first day.

[When Teddie takes the hat Homestar almost immediately stops crying and manages to stand up to glare at this weird stranger.]

[However still having no idea how these weird extra limbs, Homestar front legs quickly buckle and he's back on the ground, but he isn't get to give up so quickly! He attempts to stand up again to give Teddie a piece of his mind.]

[Aaand he fell down again. Teddie you might want to stop him before he does this the rest of the day.]
