There are actually princess ponies?

[Saft, you have princess dragons back home. Hell you're not that far off from being a princess yourself if there hadn't been all that nasty business with your father.]

[...Welp. She should've just left well enough alone. Serves her right; she takes up welcome wagon duty and she better expect to have to explain everything.]

Yup. They're easy to spot, got the wings and horn. You've got the Princesses Celestia and Luna, who rule over the sun and moon, Princess Cadence who's the sovereign ruler of the Crystal Empire up north, and Princess Twilight who... well, I guess she's just a librarian, for now.

[The large mare settles, gets herself comfortable. She's likely gonna be here a while.]

[Maybe they could help her out?] So if I wanted to go talk to one of these princesses, how could I find them? Is there like some kinda palace or something I have to travel to?

You mentioned that Cadence was up north, That might take a while to find.

A train goes straight there, and another goes up to Canterlot where Luna and Celestia stay. Twilight's right here in town, but... well, to be honest, you're far from the first pony who's shown up here from another world, and they've got running Equestria to worry about on top of trying to figure out how to fix this mess; they're typically gonna be too busy. Twilight's your best bet for bendin' an ear to listen to you, but she's also the one with the least sway over, well...anything.

It's big, it's metal, lets out a lot of smoke and moves around on tracks.

[Saft attempts to stand on her two hind hooves and stomp her hoof into what used to be the palm of her other hoof.] If the princesses can't solve this problem then I'll give it a shot! There's got to be some reason this has been happ--[And guess who just lost balance.] Whoa-oa-OH!

Oh, I'm sure there is. I've been workin' on it for months, but every time I think I've got a lead, it up and disappears.
