Waking up as a pony is one thing, but Equestria is a weird place. I mean, remember that Pokemon event? Weird, right? Same idea, only less Nintendo involved. Your character has woken up as something else!

How to play:

✩Reply to others for shenanigans! Replying characters don't have to be changed if you don't want them to be, magic is weird like that.

[It finally happened, Arcee is the pony. A rather tall one, at that.

Of course, even with her new found height, she still isn't very happy. And no one was surprised.]

Anyway, here's an equally grumpy pegasus in your house, Arcee. He does look a tiny bit relieved when he realizes that he wasn't the only one who was transformed into a pony though.]

Miles "Tails" Prower | Sonic the Hedgehog (DDD CRAU)

[Tails has found himself being turned into a dragon. To be more exact, a yellowish-orange two-tailed dragon, so he stands out pretty clearly.

Luckily he's figured out how to change his size, so he's now about the size of a normal stallion (he would go smaller, but that would make him baby dragon sized and he couldn't figure out something in-between that).

He isn't sure what to think of his new form. On one hand (ha!), he has hands again, or rather claws, and he can still fly. On the other hand, he's kinda missing his pony form for a reason he can't figure out.]

Kyouko Sakura

A: Breezie

[ Well, this was nowhere near Kyouko's expectations or desires, and not in a good way. At least she was able to fly again, but having huge wings and antennae, and being incredibly tiny -- well, it made things awkward.

She flitted around Equestria, seeing how everypony else had changed, trying to figure out a way out of this. Because seriously. This was inconvenient. ]

B: Dragon

Now, this is more like it!

[ If you see a huge red dragon soaring through the skies and doing loop-de-loops... well, it's probably your resident former bear magical girl.

(Hope your flight patterns don't get messed up by the wind she's creating.) ]

[It's bad enough the wind messes up his beautiful hair, but another giant red dragon is like the last thing he wants to see right now. Now he's gonna die and look like a mess.]

[Pokey was pretty well prepared to hate this world on principle before he even got here. That it had the decency to make him a cool dragon at first had appeased him for a little bit until it became obvious how much being a little baby dragon sucked. He'd be happy to change into something else. Something cooler.

He, perhaps, should have wished for 'something cooler' to be the main definer, because as it stands now?

There is just the grumpiest, red and black striped pig stumbling about Ponyville, barking at people to get out of its way and sometimes just hunching down and glowering at others.

It's hard to tell if the snorts from it are Pokey's snorts of derision at this bullcrap, or just, you know, being a pig.]

[ Bears, like pigs, tend to be roundish and therefore easier to roll. Therefore, to say that Kyouko was rolling on the floor as she was laughing hysterically would be fairly accurate.

Particularly since that's what she was doing. ]

[It should go without saying by now that bears are just attracted to pigs for some reason. Teddie, for one, is absolutely delighted to see one out and about, and expresses his feelings as loudly as possible.]

Coco has somehow been transformed into a breezie. Everything was huge and dangerous and Clover has been acting as a protector for her while helping her deal with her new size and wings.

While Coco admits she looks pretty as a breezie, she's not liking how weak and helpless her new form is.]

[ Fluttershy notices the Breezie out of the corner of her eye and hurries over to it. ] How did you get away from the rest of your tribe?

[While you're walking by, an orange streak flies overhead, just barely knocking you over.

The streak still manages to slam into a building nearby building. Look everyone, it's Jappleack, and in some freak accident she has been turned into a pegasus. She didn't really bother to worry about her transformation, but instead decided now would be a good time to take to the skies.

It isn't going well.]

Dammit.

[She flutters her wings dumbly as she peels herself off of the building she smashed into.]

[That certainly is an orange streak that almost messed up his hair. When he sees it slam into a building, he can't help but laugh his ass off. Serves the bastard right, watch where you're going, genius!

...But then he gets an actual glance at who it is, hears that voice. When it finally clicks together...

[An average-sized gray-blue Akita. While the change is tolerable, he's mostly mad that he can no longer fly.]

[Even so, he still retains his gained habit of jumping off high places expecting to fly. Watch out for falling dogs.]

B: Griffon

[Mostly blue fur, but with black feathers and talons. Minato can't really object to the change; he can still fly, and he has some form of fingers again.

[The only problem will be explaining this to Rainbow. It'll be difficult to kiss with a beak.]

[It was odd enough to be turned into a pegasus upon arriving here. Ren had gotten used to it, but then the world decided it hated him and changed things up once again.]

[So now he is a small, green rabbit. A small, green rabbit still wearing Ren's signature coat and still equipped with Stormflower. Never has a huntsman-in-training been this adorable.]

[Harvey woke up this morning as a fairly large griffon, with smooth black fur and feathers. He may have freaked out a little. It's better than waking up in, say, someone else's body, but it's a lot to have to get used to all at once.

At least now he has hands? Kinda?]

[There's a rather Harvey-looking seapony flopping on the ground and muttering curses to himself. He probably needs some help; he's just not sure how willing he is to be seen like this.]

The big hulk of a creature begins digging a small cave in the ground. He can't explain it, but this with the onset of the cold weather makes him want to bulk up before a huge nap. Anyone's free to stop him from this little project.]

[Ah, scales how he missed you. Granted, he didn't expect the wings around him but close enough right? He almost forgot what it was like to be reptilian.

The newly-transformed dragon remains fascinated by the massive webbed limbs on his back, watching them make massive flaps in the wind.]

*So, there's a rather handsome dragon lounging around Ponyville today. He's keeping his size limited to around six feet long to avoid causing damage, fortunately, but he's very definitely a dragon. That body armor sure does look familiar, though, doesn't it?*

*As much as Margulis loves phoenixes, he never actually wanted to be one. They're way too small, not to mention lacking in dextrous limbs. So, Ponyville, enjoy watching a phoenix try to figure out how to effectively wield connected dual swords in his talons.*

[Rise thought she was pretty small already, but this is something else! Suddenly, just her room at the agency feels like a huge mansion, and she can't even use magic anymore! Not to mention the huge antennae and wings are taking some serious getting used to.

The tiny ponylike creature can be found flitting about the agency, at first. But all it takes is a stray breeze and an open window to blow her away and out into the huge (to her) town of Ponyville. Hopefully someone will find her and help...!]

[Now adding to the agency's non-pony population, Rise is now an adorable little bunny. With giant pink bows decorating her ears, just to set her apart from the other young bunnies.

Lack of unicorn magic and reduced size are a bit tough, but at least she can get around fairly well! You might catch her doing any of the usual things she does - hanging out at the agency, going to school (do they realize she's a student, or think she's Cirno's pet now?), wandering around town, window shopping... do be careful not to trip over her!]

[At first Cirno was very confused at the sudden change in Rise. Ponies didn't change into other things at...Okay she knew better. They did change into Pokemon at one point. After that she didn't seem to mind, slowly adjusting how she dd things to make sure that stuff didn't hurt her friend. Her aura was toned down a lot more as well and she offered to fly Rise around if she wanted. One day walking to school, it occured to Cirno to ask something.]

[Very funny, Equesteria. Saori is now a red-golden nine-tailed fox that's now sitting in front of Otsuki Chacha. Don't worry, she won't bite so long as she's full. Though getting into her shop is a different story because how do you use Kitsune magic.

[And Feena thought being changed into a horse was bad. Now she's a tiny, flying horse. The flying part isn't so bad, though. So, if you see a cute little breezie with green hair flitting through Ponyville? Don't be afraid to say hi.]

(That's what she's talking about! If the Breezie Dash's not up to speed she'll gladly wow everypony with a speedy Gryphon who's much nicer than her old friend was.)

(What about this one? Full grown, and way cooler than any teen/sleeping dragons she's met before! Spike doesn't count 'cause he's already cool. Or...!)

D: Alicorn

(All hail the coolest, newest Princess to hit the land of Equestria: RAINBOW DASH!!! Don't worry, she's just getting a handle on some spells she's seen Twilight do once or twice.)

Marty McFly | Back to the Future

[You know what is not great? Waking up as a pony again. Even better is when you realize that this wasn't a body swap thing again because the only person or pony he resembled was himself (not pictured: a cutie mark of an electric guitar because I'm not good at importing or editing stuff).

You'll probably most likely see him either stumbling around town trying to get used to four legs or him trying and failing to use his guitar without fingers and getting increasingly angry.]

[This is sort of a mixed (but still mostly crap) bag for Strong Bad. On one hand, holding weapons is much more comfortable now. On the other, he's been trying all morning to breathe fire, and all that's gotten him is a sore and scratchy throat.

There's no mistaking the slightly chubby little dragon that comes trotting up when Marty's struggling, even though he sounds even more like he's been gargling rocks than usual.]

You'd think they'd care enough about the state of their rock and roll revolution to solve this glaring design flaw.
