[Last he knew he was in Prospero, and now he's in a Seraphim Sisters music video, a technicolor dreamland. Oh boy.

The black and green pony stood, well, after a minute of going 'wtf' over having hooves and figuring out how four legs worked he did.]

I don't suppose I am going to like whatever explanation I get for this.

*Even if Margulis hadn't recognized Gaignun's voice, the URTV's number would have made his identity obvious. So there's a unicorn snorting and giving him a wary look...does he remember or not?*

Most likely not, but these situations never have enjoyable explanations in my experience.

[Good thing for Margulis, this one does indeed remember things. Especially that handy dandy truce. Though it does take him a moment to place the voice.]

Margulis? Where are we...? Though I have to say the new look suits you.

*He just rolls his eyes. He does not enjoy having hooves, Kukai. But the recognition and lack of hostility answer his question enough for the wariness to fade.*

A country called Equestria, though I couldn't tell you the name of the planet offhand...even if I wasn't lacking in that department at the moment. It's yet another world that has the unfortunate tendency to attract outsiders against their will.

So this isn't one of Prospero's shenanigans. [Sigh, that isn't good] Is this... [he raises a hoof] normal for here then?

Hardly, I haven't even been in that town for months and yet here I am. Unfortunately, everyone here is transformed upon arrival, most commonly into some form of equine or a dragon, though I have occasionally seen those with other forms as well. Nothing humanoid as of yet and the forms all seem to be creatures native to this place.

[A dragon? Yet here he is stuck as a horse, this slightly offends his love of flashy but he won't voice that disappointment for now.]

I see. I don't suppose you'd be willing to give me an update to this situation?

I'm a fairly recent arrival, so my information is limited. Most of what I know comes from the books of history and legend in this place, and recent events have led me to believe that the line between them has been blurred enough that it's difficult to ascertain the truth.

On a more day to day level, however, there is something akin to an apartment complex meant to house new arrivals while they gain their bearings and secure a source of income. Nakagawa and I are currently making use of it and you'll probably end up doing the same, unless you happened to be carrying a large amount of physical money during the transition.

I'm starting to believe what I want doesn't matter much to someone. I don't suppose I could trouble you for an explanation?

*The cloud disappears and he hovers down closer to the ground, but doesn't actually land. Walking is for suckers without wings.*

You're in Equestria, a world where humanoids don't seem to exist. As far as anypony can tell, you, me and a lot of others from various other words have been brought here thanks to an alicorn called the Pale Pony. She's supposedly some kind of psychopomp, but that's all anypony really knows about her. We aren't even sure if she brought us here on purpose or by accident...although the evidence is leaning toward on purpose.

That is...actually more useful information then I was expecting. Last time I got pulled into a different world we had nothing to go on. [He is slightly relieved]

There's one other thing I've managed to pick up. There's somepony here claiming to be from an alternate version of this world that was destroyed by the Pale Pony.

Hold on, I think it'd be best to just show you.

*He reaches behind his back and produces a scroll from...absolutely nowhere. Holding it in his hooves. Somehow. He unrolls it and starts doing something with it, then turns it around so Gaignun can see the message.*

Well...that certainly complicates things. However, I have to admit none of this is surprising...pale pony. I wonder if it's anything like Pale Rider.

[Saori just happened to hear that voice and she's instantly pinged. She rushes over. Don't mind if a green unicorn mare comes over.]

G-Gaignun? Is that really?

Saori?! [He is only half surprised that she's green...he'd always associated that colour with her.]

Saori! Yes! It's me! What happened here? What's going on?

[Her eyes tear up a bit but she manages to smile.]
I-I never thought I'd see anyone from Prospero again besides Margulis...

Uh, basically, we got kidnapped to another world. Apparently Prospero wasn't the only world into the kidnapping business.

I'm beginning to see that. [He tries to reach out to her, but quickly remembers oh hey, quadraped, you have to shift different muscles to stand on three legs]

Well, I'm sorry you got stuck with Margulis though. What's going on here?

Hmm quite a lot of stuff actually. And actually, this isn't the first world I've been to after Prospero. Yes, Margulis told me I left...it's been almost two years since then.

[He's just going to sigh and close his eyes for a minute. So they were out of whack. What had happened to Prospero? He was there, and then he was suddenly here, but he wondered if there was time between then that he wasn't aware of.]

Well, I don't suppose there was a source of caffeine around here? I have a feeling I'm going to need it for the story you're about to tell me.

Well, I believe there's coffee from Saddle Arabia--and yes, prepare yourself for all the horse-related names here. Plus, I can use my powers to create tea if needed.

Oh, that's right! We can use both our Personae and our powers here but the catch is, they won't be at full power.

[Saori, he's glad he still has his persona, though he knows the pain he's in for.]

That's fine, my persona wasn't actually that powerful anyways, so that's not the hugest loss for me. But...we have our normal powers back as well?
